A: there are loads of walking tours- either self-guided or as part of a group for a nominal fee. Drive over to Tybee Island, about 30 minutes away, and go to the great beaches or tour the lighthouse and museum. Go to the two Forts in the area- they are very inexpensive to get in. For a little more (about $25) you can take a boat tour to see the dolphins. Not sure about cheap places to eat, though! Hope this helps a little!
