A: I live in CC with a 6 year old. It stinks. I don't want to leave, this is my home. I can't leave because my house is worth about 50% what I paid for it (if anyone even looks at it). If I were to leave, I would leave the metro area since other counties aren't far behind. Gwinnett, I am talking to you. One of the main guys to bring us to our knees has been up there protesting your Superintendent of schools. We were just a few years ago one of the top school systems in the state. If you are looking for a nice home check here. If you have no kids or grown kids we have some great deals. Even if you have kids you can buy a awesome house and still send your kids to private school for what it would cost to purchase a house in other counties.
