Q: I'm already sure of what area I want to live in. I've looked at apartments. When would be a good time to go see apartments and also apply for jobs. Should I register with staffing companies? What is a good amount of money to have prior to moving? Any tips, suggestions anything.

A: If you know that area I would start taking weekend trips to see different apartments. Drive up and through the area. I would start looking for a job asap because they are hard to find right now. I would register with staffing but they suck also. I mean they really don't send you out. The keep you on hand until something comes up then they call you. If you wait on a staffing company to pay your bills you will be out on the street. Sign up with them but DO NOT depend on them. Start looking in the AJC (Atlanta Journal Constitution). Go on Monster and Career Builder. Search search search. I would save all I can. You will need a job to get into an apartment complex. Good Luck and Welcome to the A
