Q: I am going to Atlanta for a weekend, and will be staying at Downtown area. Should I need to rent a car to visit tourist attraction, or just get around the area? How hard it is to find a parking in city?
A: Not hard to find parking in the city... just be prepared to pay for it :) Not sure what hotel you are staying at but I would check their parking fee per night....on average depending where you go parking will cost you between $5-$10. Renting a car is probably your best bet if you want to do things outside of the downtown area... MARTA (the bus/train system) is not very efficient once you go outside of the city limits or I- 285. Have fun!
