A: i love boston and have lived here my whole entire life, minus the three years that I went to NYU. Boston is the best city ever. It's more expensive.... but it's worth it! edit: Wait, i just read the person above's me response. While they make some valid points, this person is obviously not born and raised in Boston. And when I mean Boston, I'm not talking about Revere, Brockton, or any other Suburb. In order to say you are from Boston, you need to have grown up IN Boston. NOT ten miles outside of it. I grew up in Southie. Saying that people gravitate towards neighborhoods "that they identify with" is an uneducated statement. Boston is very expensive to live in and neighborhoods are often defined by how much you can afford in rent. I'm sure a lot of people would "gravitate" towards Exeter Street but many people can't afford it. Shame on you for saying that.
