A: Absolutely, although some ethnic/racial groups congregate/are the majority in certain neighborhoods, you still find folks from other racial/ethnic groups within those neighborhoods. Best example is probably the Fordham to Kingsbridge section of the Bronx near University Ave. Lots of Asians, Blacks, Hispanics all in one community.
