Q: After the Twin Towers got hit, what replaced them?
A: My friend, the entire 16 acer site will be replace by a complex of 6 building, with the Freedom Tower as the main building of the complex. The complex will included a new station for the PATH rail system, as well as an underground connection to the future Fulton Street Transit Center, and a memorial to the victim of the Sept. 11th terrorist attack. At the moment, the construction is going slow, but according to the LMDC, if every thing goes as planned, the complex should be completed by 2014. Good luck Native New Yorker
