Q: Hey guys, i know its late but im planning a little trip to Orlando with my girlfriend and a group of friends.... we are going to Halloween horror nights and the total people is 9. my and my girlfriend want to rent one room for us while the other people rent there own... there's only 3 18 yr old guys and the rest are 17... so i wanted us 3 guys to go in rent the hotel while the people wait in the car or is it legal to just do it regular way? my parents say when u check in you have to say whos gonna stay with you and stuff... can you help me please? any good cheap hotel recommendations would be cool too guys
A: yeah you can do that. its fine. and it doesn't matter how old anyone else is. as long as you are 18 y9ou can rent it. they don't care how old the other people are. the only reason you have to be 18 to rent is cuz then you are considered an adult and can be billed for anything that may go wrong with the hotel room.
