Q: I'm new to Ca and live in Hanford, my family and I are trying to find something to do. What is the 1st big city in Ca that we should visit and why?
A: The easy answer is L.A., San Fran, or San Luis Obispo/Cambria areas. But I think you should head towards Fresno first and from there you can drive in to the most beautiful 2000 year-old Redwoods in the world. It's surreal. Enjoy footnote: Later, when you hit the central coast, do not pass up the tour and landscape of Hearst's Castle (in San Simeon).
