Q: Are there any decent places to eat in or around Lock Haven, PA? Google Maps doesn't show much around there. I'll be passing through there tonight around dinner time, and don't want fast food. (I know I can get to Williamsport or State College from Lock Haven...and I know plenty of places to eat in those cities, but wanted to stay kind of local...)
A: Try the Village Tavern, 525 E. Bald Eagle Street. Mostly Italian fare, homemade and really good. It's a good sign that many locals dine there.
