Q: I have a 16 month old baby and a 4 month old baby, father is not around and they have no diapers. Is there any place that provide emergency assistance, because I was gonna go food shopping and what not but something is wrong with my ebt...the food says zero, and the cash says $244 but keeps declining. I have no money to catch the bus so if you can tell me something close to the heb on Pleasanton and South west military then I would be in walking distance, please help me with that resource.
