Q: I'm currently in a alternative/rock/progessive band. And so far alot of people like our music and some people are wanting us to play in San Marcos Texas. Where would be a great place to play? We play anywhere, churches, venues, or bars. My band is from Corpus Christi, and we're willing to drive anywhere to play. We've been to Waco Tx, Lufkin Tx, and many places. Where can we play? A: Lucys on the Square, Gordos, and any other places in the area of the town called "The Square". Just ask any of those places since thats where bands go to perform. The Txstate campus is also a good place to perform. They also have a Catholic Student Center there also. Good luck!
