Q: I am am twenty year old male, who's about to transfer there after this fall semester. Is UT-San Antonio a good university? What are some good apartments with a lot of students?
A: Your in for an experience! My little brother (20 y/o) goes to UTSA right now. He loves it, but the parking can be a bit of a problem. I just graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University and there is definitely a difference between the two schools. I love OLLU, but UTSA has more of a college feel to it. You're going to love the school. Have a great semester, and if you have money to splurge, you might want to invest in garage parking. It's pricey, but totally worth it. BTW, if you're looking for apartments, UTSA offers on campus apartments that look really nice, or there are some off campus apartments that cater to students that are within walking distance. There are also houses close by that rent to groups of students for decent deals. When we moved out here two years ago, my parents got us a town home about 20 mins. from both universities.
