A: It is in the heart of Capitol Hill. A very hip neighborhood. You are walking distance to plenty of shopping and restaurants. On the hill there is a large gay population, abundance of homeless teenagers and freakish types. It all comes with the territory. Very central location, easy access to downtown. Wow, nice place! With two parking spots and the killer views, you cannot go wrong with a condo like that. What's the monthly association dues? When was it built? Any special assessments coming up?
