Q: I find it easier to talk and greet people in Atlanta GA, Memphis TN, and another small town Columbus MS (where some of my family members live) than my home town St. Louis MO. It seem like whenever I'm in one of those cites I feel more welcome and I can talk to Greet (without anyone looking at me in that I don't know who you are look roll there eyes and walk away kind of thing) and be greeted to by more people than I would if I was in St. Louis.

A: I do think that Southerners are more friendly but there's lot of us in St. Louis who love to meet and talk to others. I think people in small towns are very friendly but if you move there they seem to have a hard time accepting you as a real town member because you werent born there. Just chalk the eye rolling off to people being rude and close minded. You wouldnt have wanted to be their friend anyway
